This class will include: ~ Baking tips for the perfect cookie shapes ~ ~ Making royal icing ~ ~ Achieving and working with different icing consistencies for the best results ~ ~ How to color icing ~ ~ Piping ~ ~ Outline and flooding to create a smooth finish ~ ~ Creating wet on wet designs ~ ~ Tried and true recipes to take home ~ Students will complete a 5 cookie set.
